In todays world of crazy over-priced mechanical snap-caps finally emerges a safe and economical alternative: Dummy Ammo Canada's RatL Cap.

Our "dummy ammo" does not include a primer in the primer pocket causing some folks to worry about dry firing and firing pin damage.

RatL Caps solve this issue by leaving the expended primer in the cartridge and then full length resizing. Before seating and crimping the projectile we throw in a handfull of shot or bb's. This causes the cartridge to RatL when shaken. And there is no better shock absorber than the primer itself.
